I ended up not using this on my dog because the ingredients were confusing to me. I tried reading through them, but I still didn’t feel sure about what I was putting on him. I just wish the labeling was clearer so I could feel more confident.

I actually like the products well enough, so I wasn’t expecting to feel annoyed after reaching out. But right away, my gut feeling was that the customer service side wasn’t going to be very smooth.

I emailed about an issue with my order, and it took a few days before I got a real response. The first reply felt like they skimmed my message instead of reading it, so I had to go back and explain the whole thing again.
To be fair, they did fix the issue in the end. It just took longer than it should have and left me with that “ugh, this shouldn’t be this hard” feeling. Not terrible, but definitely frustrating

I tried the odor spray for a few spots where my dog had accidents, but it didn’t really make a difference. It seemed okay at first, then the smell was back by the next day. For what it costs, I was expecting it to work a lot better

I tried this on my dog’s bed and a spot on the carpet, and at first it smelled decent. But by the next day, the odor was already back, so it didn’t really do much for me. It’s not the worst product ever, just not something I’d buy again. Also, having to keep dealing with repeated verification during the process was kind of irritating

I picked this up hoping for that fresh, clean smell, and while it’s not bad, it was a little lighter than I expected. The scent doesn’t seem to last very long, and one of the sprays had a slightly sour note that I wasn’t a huge fan of. It still works fine overall, but for the price, I was hoping the fragrance would be a bit stronger and more pleasant.
